I made this outfit for my friend's daughter Maisy for her birthday last year. Thus the cakes on the skirt. The jacket is not made from real poodle -- don't worry! No dogs were hurt in the construction of this outfit, except for my dog whenever he approached the project with his inevitable feet. Today I got these sweet pictures of Maisy modelling her pink outfit. Very gratifying. Very awesome!

Oh my! My daughter would love that outfit! It's all pink, pink, pink around here. And all she will ever wear are long skirts. I won't even address how much she would covet that jacket. You are a woman of many talents. :)
ReplyDeleteBoth my granddaughters love pink. I'm sure they would also love this outfit. I do.
ReplyDeleteOh! That IS the pinkiest!! I wish I had that kind of talent, I can't even sew a straight line.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful outfit! I always wanted to sew for my little girls, but I haven't had time. Thankfully, my mom was inspired. She made them each the sweetest nightgowns for Christmas.
ReplyDeletehow adorable! It is outfits like this that, for a moment, make me wish I'd had a daughter!
